For new Reception admissions, please complete the Supplementary Form (SIF) for the academic year your child will start school.

For In Year admissions (including the existing Reception year), please complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) for the current academic year, plus the School Managed Application (SMA) Form available from the Surrey County Council website:

Completed forms should be marked for the attention of the Admissions Officer and passed to the school office.
