  • Crucifix winning designs

    Published 10/02/22

At the beginning of this term our RE Council held a competition for KS2 pupils, challenging them to design a crucifix especially for our school. Using a template, pupils were encouraged to think about our mission statement to make their design really reflect St Alban's. KS2 amazed us with their ideas and creativity! There were so many wonderful entries and we will be making use of them all over the coming months. In fact, there were so many great designs that instead of choosing 1 overall winner, we had to choose two - so congratulations to Alice & Harry and Niamh & Olivia! Their fantastic designs will be made up into real crucifixes for every classroom in the school.

    Well done all of you!
