For new Reception admissions, please complete the Supplementary Form (SIF) for the academic year your child will start school.
For In Year admissions (including the existing Reception year), please complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) for the current academic year, plus the School Managed Application (SMA) Form available from the Surrey Council Council website School Managed In Year Application Form (SMA).
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO SCHOOL CLOSURES, IN-YEAR ADMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED. AT ST ALBAN'S SCHOOL, WE MANAGE OUR OWN ADMISSIONS BUT ARE SUSPENDING IN-YEAR ADMISSIONS IN LINE WITH THIS UNTIL THE SCHOOL REOPENS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
