St Alban’s Catholic Primary School – Governors

Chair

Polly Narcisi

 

Polly has been a foundation Governor at St Alban's since 2014. In September 2018 she took on the role of Chair and as well as overseeing the Governing body, is also involved with monitoring safeguarding, analysing the school results, the school curriculum and looking at the use of our Pupil Premium funding. She is a parent of children at St Alban's and Salesian Schools and is a parishioner at St Barnabas Church.

Eve Wilson

Eve has been a Foundation Governor at St Alban's since 2014 and is also a parent at the school. Eve is the safeguarding governor and chairs the Personnel Committee as well as sitting on the Resources Committee.

Foundation Governor

Marco Villani

Fr. Marco Villani SDB is a Salesian priest living and working in Chertsey. In Salesian School Chertsey Fr. Marco works both as a  Chaplain and also as a teaching member of the Religious Education department.

Foundation Governor Alastair Sturgis Alastair was appointed a Foundation Governor in November 2019. Alastair is retired, lives in Molesey and is a parishioner at St Barnabas. He is a past parent of St Alban's as both his children attended the school. He is lead governor for health and safety
Foundation Governor Gary Luk Gary was appointed as a foundation governor in October 2021. He is a parishioner at St Barnabas Church Molesey, and a parent of children at St Alban's and Salesian Schools.
Parent Governor Amr Elshaer Amr was appointed as parent governor in April 2019.
Parent Governor Georgia Hopkins Georgia was appointed as parent governor in May 2021.

Staff Governor

Mrs Martin

Mrs Martin has worked at St. Alban's since 2014. She is currently Deputy Headteacher. She is English lead throughout the school and teaches RE in Year 6.

Mr Brannigan

Mr Brannigan has been head-teacher at St Alban's since 2011. When he has the time, he enjoys playing table tennis with the children.
